At the 2006 Los Angeles Motor Show Mazda unveiled the "Crossover' concept. The CX-7 is the production version of that car, and comes with many exciting features. Featuring the same 2.3L Turbo MZR engine found in the MazdaSpeed3 and MazdaSpeed6, the CX-7 has ample power to move its larger frame around. Seen as a way to bridge the gap between a fun to drive sports sedan and a utilitarian SUV the CX-7 is just the right amounts of both sport and utility, and is one of the few automobiles that truly earns the title of "Sport Utility Vehicle."
