Didn't notice a difference after install on my 04 5-speed. Likely best paired with a short throw setup. Still worth it for the price.

Paired these bushings with short-throw shifter. What a difference! Shifts feels tight and confident. After reading reviews and watching youtube videos where ppl lose the bushings, I decided to use a little bit of spray adhesive. Kept the bushings fixed to the bottom of the shifter assembly for worry-free installation.

Good product. Install instructions are good (difficult, but that was expected). Could notice a difference it tightness of shift lever when rowing gears. I paired with the short shift plate for the 2005 Mazda 3. Feels great.

Great add to my shifter assembly. The only reason I didn't give these a full 5 stars is the instructions could have been accompanied with a video warning of the pit falls of loosing the bearings on install. I think you could improve assembly issues by putting a double sided sticker on the bearing surface that mates to the shifter assembly surface. If the bearings were locked into place my assembly time would have been cut in half. It took me a while to fish out the bearing under the floor board carpet. With that said, the product was high quality and performed as intended.

It asks for model type and the options are 04-09 mazda 3(which is n/a), or 07-09 mazdaspeed 3. But in these FAQs people ask if it will work with 08 mazda 3 n/a and you answered no. And someone else asked if it works in 05 mazda3s and you said specifically for the speed. So im confused about why theres an option for the mazda 3... would it work for my 2007 mszda 3, 2.3l n/a ?
