The CorkSport Power Series Mazda 3 exhaust system is a bolt on exhaust system designed to get the most power from your 2003-2009 Mazda 3. The exhaust system fits both 4 door sedan and 5 door hatch models including the PZEV. The exhaust system works with both engine types 2.0 and 2.3. Power gains on 2.3 models have shown a 12 wheel HP increase over the stock Mazda exhaust.

The CorkSport Power Series Mazda 3 exhaust systems are constructed with the quality materials and construction methods. CorkSport uses 2.4" ID polished 304 Stainless Steel piping for all our Mazda 3 exhaust systems. Mandrel bent piping is used for smooth exhaust flow to increase power. CorkSport Mazda 3 exhaust also features TIG welds for a strong and good looking connection. The PZEV option is for vehicles which have a second O2 sensor installed after the stock second catalyst.

CorkSport exhausts utilize factory hanger locations for easy installation. The CorkSport Mazda 3 exhaust includes the hardware needed for installation of the exhaust.

Installation of the exhaust requires the removal of the stock second un-monitored catalyst. Removal of a catalyst on a street vehicle is illegal thus this system is not sold for street use. If you select the catalyst option the exhaust will come with a high flow metallic substrate catalyst which will be compliant with most states emissions.
