The CorkSport Mazdaspeed 3 intercooler kit is a complete package fromthe intake to the engine. CorkSport utilizes the air ducting of the Mazdaspeed 3 stock intercooler by replacing it with an airbox giving the car a cold intake/Ram Air system.

We started with building a Ram Air system by utlilizing the stock intercooler location with an intake box.  The ram air intake allows you to retain the factory intercooler cover to keep the engine bay looking good.  Mandrel bent 2.25 inch ID aluminum pipe moves the charged air to the 24 x 6 x 3.5 inch intercooler then the engine.

The Mazdaspeed 3 FMIC kit features the following:
- Quality aluminum intercooler core, 24 x 6 x 3.5 inch, with cast end tanks
- Polished 2.25 inch aluminum mandrel bent piping with bead rolled ends and mounting brackets
- Optional Black Powdercoated Intercooler piping
- CorkSport RAMAIR cold intake system with K&N Filter
- Billet machined MAF housing with turbo inlet pipe
- Black, Red or Blue Silicone couplers
- Stainless Steel T-Bolt Clamps
- All necessary hardware needed for installation
- Detailed installation instructions
- Pre-purchase option for Stock, HKS, or Greddy BOV flange.
- Optional ATP Boost Cut Killer

The Mazdaspeed 3 FMIC kit has undergone extensive testing in the shop and on the street You can expect the following from installing the kit:
- Peak power gains of around 30 horsepower and 40 ft-lbs of torque.
- Intake boost increases 1-4 psi over the operating range of the turbocharger compared to stock.
- AFR is safe to support the increase in boost from the more efficient intercooler.

The CorkSport Mazdaspeed 3 FMIC kit works with the following bypass/blow off valves; Greddy, HKS, Stock, and Forge. If the valve you have is not listed here there may be some clearance issues.
