PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER We do our best to cater to people of all nationalities and languages however, our ability to translate content into other languages is extremely limited. For this reason we require that all our customers understand and accept these policies IN ENGLISH. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

By Phone: Call us at (360) 260-2675 to order by phone using credit card. We are open 9am-5pm (PST) Monday-Friday.

CorkSport is located in the United States. All of our products are sold and billed in US dollars. If you are not located in the United States your payment may be subject to currency conversion. The exchange rate for foreign currency is not updated frequently therefore, the price of your order may change based on the current exchange rate.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards, checks, money orders, Paypal, and wire transfers. We do not suggest emailing us an order that includes your credit card number as we cannot guarantee your information will be safe in transmission. Credit Cards/debit cards: All credit card/debit card orders must have an exact match for the billing address. We generally avoid alternate “ship to” addresses because it introduces fraud. We recommend that “Bill To” and “Ship To” addresses are the same for quickest processing. We reserve the right to not ship to any alternate address.
International Orders: We can ship to most places throughout the world. Generally the best way to pay is with an overseas money order or a bank transfer. We can accept credit cards/debit cards depending on the country (we need to be able to call the bank to verify shipping address with the card billing address). Please email us to verify a credit card will be ok before ordering online.
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$ 200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
If you would like to order by mail, please print an order form and send it along with your form of payment. A 15% shipping fee should be included in the event you order by mail. If shipping/handling charges exceed 15%, you will be contacted for authorization of the additional charges. Orders are shipped via UPS ground or US Mail unless other arrangements are made. US Mail is the only option to P.O. Boxes. If you send a personal check please include your driver’s license number, your home, and your work number. Checks are subject to a $25 bounce fee and will be turned over to a company that recovers bad checks.
We make every attempt to keep the prices posted accurate. The posted prices are subject to change without notice. The prices on the webpage do not include shipping/handling charges.
Shipping method and cost inquiries: Please note that you can get many shipping options and related costs IMMEDIATELY simply by adding a part to the cart and “viewing” the cart. Your order will NOT be finalized and you will not be billed until you enter your payment
information and click the “Place Order” button. CorkSport is NOT responsible for customs fees, taxes, duties that are part of
sending an order outside the USA. Check with your local government agency/customs to see what is required before you place your order.
CorkSport is NOT responsible for additional charges due to incorrect address entry during ordering. There is a $10 fee if UPS is supplied with the wrong address which will be passed onto the customer in the event an incorrect address is provided to
CorkSport. We will bill you for address change fees we incur because of misinformation. Please double check your address and be sure to include apartment numbers!
Please allow 1 business day for processing your order. For instance, if you request NEXT DAY DELIVERY, we will ship the part via NEXT DAY DELIVERY but it may be two business days until you receive the product (one day for processing and one day for shipping). If you request quicker processing please call to see if special arrangements can be made.
If your order contains an item(s) which is on back order we will notify you. Back order is defined as any order which will not be shipped within 5 business days from the time we receive the order.
All special orders require a 20% down payment prepaid (deposit) in the form of money order, check, or bank transfer. There is a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee on special orders. Delivery time is usually 6-8 weeks for special order. We will notify you before application of down payment.
All sales are final. CorkSport will only accept returns in the case of a manufacturer defect or a warranty related issue. Defective items will be replaced with an identical part. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. A preauthorized return number must accompany any return or delivery will be refused. In the rare case a return is accepted, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refund/credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns or exchanges on non-warranted items will be accepted after 30 days of receipt.
SHIPPING DAMAGE POLICY
All orders are inspected carefully prior to shipment. Recipient must inspect shipments for damage before accepting deliver from the carrier. Damage claims should be made with the carrier. CorkSport will not be responsible for damaged goods.
Many of the products sold by CorkSport may not be legally recognized for use on public streets and highways. The laws can vary significantly from state to state and even from city to city. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local, state, and federal laws. These products could include, but are not limited to, intake systems, exhaust systems, lowering springs and clear/smoked auto lenses.
All exhaust systems and components are sold for racing use only. These products are sold for use off public roads. Any product that removes vehicle emissions components (like catalytic converter) or tricks vehicle emission controls must not be used on public roads and highways.
Neither CorkSport, nor any of its employees, officers, directors, or shareholders will accept responsibility for improper use or installation of our products. We recommend the professional installation of all our products. Improper use or installation could result in significant property damage, personal injury, municipal-state-federal fines, or event death.
CorkSport will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss or any other consequential damage or loss in states where applicable.
Subject to the foregoing provisions, CorkSport agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless, its officers, directors, and agents from and against any liabilities, damages and cost (including reasonable attorneys fees and cost of defense) arising out of death or bodily injury to any person or the destruction or damage to any property, to the extent caused, during the performance of CorkSport parts under this Agreement, by the negligent acts, errors or omission of CorkSport or anyone for whom CorkSport is legally responsible, subject to any limitations of liability contained in this Agreement. By purchasing from CorkSport, the Customer agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless CorkSport, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any liabilities, caused by the negligent acts, errors or omissions of the Client, or anyone for whom Client is legally responsible.
